Whether you want to transform your church’s attendees into healthy disciples with missional mindsets, or you want to reach your unchurched neighbors more effectively as an everyday missionary in the New England Underground, Encounter First Steps is the place to begin. We partner with established churches to host these events for their members but also welcome individuals and small groups to participate as part of our Underground network.
So you want to see heaven and earth come together in your context? Then it’s time to balance the four critical relationships: UP (God), IN (ourselves), OUT (others), WITH (one another).

These 12-week post-encounter cohorts of 4-8 are designed to reinforce your renewed identity as a disciple through care and challenge, providing accountability to help you meet personal goals.

As you’ve gone deeper in your own healing we want to train you to do the works of Jesus by demonstrating the nearness of the Kingdom through prayer ministry for inner or emotional and physical healing, deliverance ministry and prophetic ministry.
Kingdom Course
Equipping. Empowering. Releasing
Kingdom is an in-person, intensive course where ordinary people explore together what it means to live as citizens of the Kingdom of God and how to minister to others in prayer for anyone who needs it.
NEXT, LEARN TO LIVE AS A MISSIONARY TO YOUR CONTEXT
Now that you have embraced your own journey of healing and started practicing how to bring that same healing and wholeness to others, it’s time for you to look further out and start living as a missionary who makes disciples that build spiritual families.
We call this next step Missionary Pathway, a three-stage journey over 9 months that involves regular coaching in supportive huddles where ordinary people learn new mindsets and celebrate their growth as missionaries together.
