Missionary Pathway

Equipping ordinary people with the Gospel of the Kingdom for the sake of their neighbors

We want to walk with you through three phases we call Journeys

Journey I

Months 1-3 || Personal Discovery || Weekly 1-hour Training Huddle

Find Your Place Huddle

A four-week discovery of your unique Masterpiece Mission through Gifts, Passions, and Story
Week 1: Discover what a masterpiece mission is and how to develop it.
Week 2: Identify your gifts.
Week 3: Clarify your passions.
Week 4: Understand how your Story informs your Impact.

Live The Mission Huddle

A seven-week paradigm shift to a missionary mindset for ordinary believers (adapted from the KC Underground) The Missionary Pathway Primer will be our road map as an invitation to go back and rediscover Jesus’ original design for His church. This primer is also an invitation to go forward by reimagining what that design looks like in our day, in our cultural moment, in your context. This is one of the many tools used to equip ordinary people as missionary disciple-makers in the Mission Collaborative.

Week 5: We’re invited to Participate in the Mission of God
Week 6: Extraordinary Prayer & Fasting (Abiding)
Week 7: Extraordinary Prayer & Fasting (Listening and Contending Prayer)
Week 8: Live as Missionaries
Week 9: Live as Missionaries (Gospel Conversations)
Week 10: Plant the Gospel (Discovery Bible Studies)
Week 11: What’s Next? (Church Emerges & Multiplication)

Journey II

Months 4-6 || Disciple Making Movements || Bi-weekly 1-hour Coaching Huddle

Continued support through equipping and debriefing as you engage in disciple-making - we believe is so important for joy and sustainability!

Journey III

Months 7-9 || Leading & Multiplying Extended Spiritual Families || Monthly Coaching Huddle

Further coaching support as spiritual families emerge and multiply through disciple-making. We believe it’s necessary for every person who leads an extended family on mission to continue to be supported if they want deeper connection with the Underground Network across New England.
